French teacher
The position is part-time with hours during evenings and Saturday mornings. Teacher will work with students on French homework and/or a prescribed Sylvan program with typically 2 students at a time. A successful Sylvan teacher is inspiring, versatile, and able to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of the students.
The successful applicant must: Have a B.Ed. accreditation, be eligible for a PEI Teaching Certificate, be fluent in French and be comfortable working with children from a PreK age through late elementary.
Supplemental training in early literacy an asset. Experience with small group
