The new family liaison supports the Sylvan directors by managing center communication during peak times to ensure that families receive a high quality experience.

DESCRIPTIONThe New family liaison supports the Sylvan directors across four Sylvan Learning centers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. The new family liaison manages communication via phone, text, and email during peak times to ensure that inquiries are handled in a timely manner and that families receive a high-quality customer experience from the first point-of-contact. The liaison answers all phone calls and schedules follow-up appointments with directors. The liaison may also follow up with current leads and support outreach campaigns by making outgoing phone calls, sending texts, and/or sending emails. As needed, the liaison will administer Sylvan assessments virtually. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills; outgoing, people-oriented approach.
  • Strong word processing, data entry, and other administrative skills.
  • Strong organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing; ability to proofread and edit copy. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively; strong team player.
  • Experience using G-Suite applications, Microsoft Office, and phone systems required. Experience using Sylvan EdAdmin, Sylvan HUB, Zoom, Zipwhip, and other standard and Sylvan-specific business applications used by the Center preferred.
  • Knowledge of tablet computers preferred.
SCHEDULE: 10-15 hours/week. Suggested schedule below. Mondays-Thursdays: 4:30-7:30pm 
Saturdays: 9:00am-12:00pm
