Andrew Helminiak
Owner/Center Director
As Owner/Center Director, Andrew leads the team of teachers at Sylvan of Clear Lake. As a former High school English teacher with ten years of experience, Andrew chose a career in the tutoring business because he feels there are many students that are not having their needs met by public education and someone has to help those students. He studied at Sam Houston State University to earn his Masters in Education. When Andrew isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him spending time with his wife Brittani, and his twin sons Alexander and Xavier.
