A STEM Instructor at Sylvan is responsible for creating a positive and fun learning environment for all enrolled students.
Sylvan is launching several new STEM programs to stimulate student interest in the areas of robotics, coding, and mathematics. We're looking for high-energy instructors who are able to create a positive and fun learning environment for their students.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are familiar with computer programming.
- Have a passion for robotics, coding, and math.
- Can facilitate group-based learning in grades 1-6 (Ages 5 - 12)
- Comfortable communicating with parents
- Enjoy working with students in a hands-on and interactive way.
- Are reliable, personable, flexible, and energetic.
A teaching certificate is not required for this position. We offer individualized training and will provide ongoing coaching to prepare you for this opportunity.
