Rose

Executive Director

As the Executive Director, Rose leads the community outreach and operations of Sylvan Learning. She is an energetic and talented educator with over 20 years of experience with Sylvan Learning. Rose’s dynamic leadership and impact in the educational community are matched only by her ability to help students identify and reach their full potential. She is also well-versed in tutoring all Sylvan subjects, including Math, Reading, Writing, Study Skills, ACT Prep and Homework. When she’s not helping students, she loves being with her wonderful family, camping, karaoke, and anything “Elvis.”

Karina Bullard

Director of Education

Karina oversees the educational integrity of our programs, managing and training our team of tutors in Layton. A former Customer Service Manager in Georgia, Karina brings a wealth of knowledge to Sylvan of Layton. She graduated from Georgia Military College- Distance Learning Program. When Karina isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her reading a book, if she is not next to a book, she is spending time with her 2 dogs and her husband Adam.

Donna

Teacher

Donna enjoys helping strengthen students’ weaknesses and reinforce their strengths as she tutors at Sylvan Learning in Layton. She has a BIS in Physics, Math, and Archeology. She enjoys math, astronomy, sci-fi movies & books and reading.

Hayley

Teacher

Hayley has a passion for mathematics and helping others understand the subject.  She comes to Sylvan with a degree from American River College and BYU-I.  There is nothing more satisfying to her than helping a student understand concepts because of something she said.  In her spare time you will catch her singing, dancing, and playing the piano!
