Meet Our Team

Kevin has owned and operated Sylvan Learning of Naperville since 2012. He made the shift to education after spending much of his professional career in corporate America, within the fields of engineering and computer science. He is passionate about STEM and encourages all students to expand their knowledge in these key areas. He believes that developing skills to evaluate information, analyze problems, and to make sound decisions, is essential for success in every field of study. 

Elizabeth has worked as a Center Director and Director of Education since 2007. She received her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to working at Sylvan, Elizabeth was a classroom teacher for several years. She is passionate about Sylvan and the difference the programs make in students’ lives. Elizabeth is committed to providing families with quality service and helping each student experience academic success. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family and friends.  

Natalie joined Sylvan in 2019. She received her undergraduate degree in Secondary Education/ English, and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to working at Sylvan, Natalie held a variety of leadership roles in education. She values the importance of helping students achieve their full academic potential. This includes supporting families throughout the educational journey. When not at Sylvan, Natalie enjoys reading and spending time with her family. 

Kathy has been a teacher at the Naperville center since 2014. She is currently a full-time classroom teacher, but also enjoys supporting students at Sylvan. Throughout her career, Kathy has taught various grade levels and a variety of content areas. She brings years of expertise and enthusiasm to the students at Sylvan. When Kathy is not teaching, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and pampering her dog.
