    Always feel comfortable picking up the phone to check in. Even though they have a parent portal called My Sylvan that is a wonderful way to check on progress, if there is a question about progress the staff answered questions completely

    The teachers were very warm and friendly. It was interesting to see how manipulatives were used to teach math. Using math models for learning created a lot of excitement. I felt that the teacher really watched the instruction carefully.
