    I was familiar with Sylvan Learning as they are great supporters of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, so when my stepdaughter visited us this summer, I made the decision to enroll her in Sylvan as she has some special needs that were not being met by her classroom teachers (out of state). Sabrina at the 120th & Stonegate location has been fantastic - providing us with weekly information on her progress, checking in to make sure she is enjoying herself, and sharing some of what has been worked on. I also appreciate their use of technology, as my stepdaughter is attached to her "devices". I think the focus on technology also helps keep her engaged. While I'm sure most 12 year olds wouldn't be thrilled at the idea of spending their summer working with a tutor, she has greatly enjoyed the teachers she has worked with and looks forward to going to her 3x week sessions. Thank you for helping her be prepared to enter 6th grade with more confidence!
