Meet our Roseville Tutoring Staff

As Center Director, Arielle leads the Roseville team focusing on setting goals for personal learning, educational outreach, as well as motivating children to succeed and thrive. Arielle chose a career in education because she enjoys being able to witness the joy and accomplishment a student feels when they master a concept that was challenging for them. She studied at North Central University, obtaining her B.A. in English Literature and American Sign Language Interpretation.

Eric is a teacher in Roseville, MN with a gift for working with kids. While Eric has many tutoring talents, he finds the greatest joy in helping students grasp a new concept or idea. He studied at the University of Minnesota with a degree in Journalism and a graduate degree in Technical Communication from Metro State University. When Eric isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him enjoying photography or woodworking.

Heather is a Teacher in Roseville, While Heather has many tutoring talents, she finds the greatest joy in tutoring kids in reading and writing. she studied at UMD with a degree in Technical Writing. When Heather isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her reading, writing, and making cards.

Reece is a Teacher at Sylvan of Roseville, with a gift of tutoring in math. He enjoys helping students gain insight into problem-solving and learning from them as well. When Reece isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find him playing music on multiple instruments, hiking, paddle boarding, or skiing.

Yasmine is a teacher with a talent for working with kids. While Yasmine has many talents, she enjoys teaching academic reading and writing. She loves to see the spark in students' eyes as they have fun learning different skills. She studied at Hamline University with a Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. In her free time, Yasmine enjoys writing poetry. 

Megan is a Teacher in Roseville, MN with a talent for motivating kids. She loves helping students stay motivated and attain their learning goals. She enjoys learning and teaching languages because it allows for a lot of opportunities to get to know another culture and way of life. When Megan isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her hiking with her dogs and paddle boarding.

Olivia is a Teacher at Sylvan of Roseville with a passion for working with kids. She finds the greatest joy in seeing the progress of the students she teaches. When Olivia isn’t at Sylvan, you’ll find her exploring museums, art galleries, and crocheting.

John is a Teacher in Roseville, with a gift for working with kids. While John has many tutoring talents, he finds the greatest joy in teaching reading, writing, and art. In his free time, John enjoys painting and playing bass guitar.

Emmanuel has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He finds making a difference in the lives of the youth the most valuable aspect to his role with Sylvan Learning Centers. When he is not working with Sylvan, Emmanuel enjoys spending quality time with his family. 

Olivia is our Assistant Area Director and Center Director in Edina. She works with our Twin Cities centers to maintain operational and academic excellence. Olivia has been with Sylvan for 4 years and holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Bethel University. Prior to working at Sylvan, Olivia taught 1st grade in Minneapolis. She is passionate about education and building confidence in all students. When Olivia is not at Sylvan she enjoys reading, watching soccer, and playing board games.
