The Education Assistant must provide a positive first impression for potential and existing customers.
Main Duties: Answer phone calls, greet and assist students, parents and potential customers, field inquiry phone calls and walk-in inquires, update student schedules, book appointments & initial assessments, ongoing conferences, escalate service or other issues that require Director intervention, provide support to the instructional classroom by attending to teacher needs such as requests for materials or assistance with instruction, assists Directors with other day-to-day tasks of running the Center.Requirements: Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational skills, proven ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible, self-sufficiency in ownership of work and tasks, strong team player, results and goal oriented, passionate about education, positive rapport with students, parents, and staff, in the Education field.
